LeAnn Naillon, Deputy Director

LeAnn Naillon is a native of Boise and has the honor to served LINC since June 2017.  She was drawn to LINC because of the “nothing about us without” motto and because she believes that differences are advantages and people need one another.

LeAnn in actively engaged with many local, state, national and international issues and efforts to increase access for people with disabilities so that they can live the life that they have envisioned for themselves. LeAnn currently serves on the NCIL International Sub-committee, is actively evolved in Rotary, spearheaded the Unified Champion School Education Leaders Network, Boise Metro Chamber, and was recently had the honor of being the President of Leadership Boise for 2021-2022. She was a lead consultant on and Inclusive Youth Leadership Guidebook that was launched internationally in 2019 in Azerbaijan and is used in schools in an effort to help everyone see the leader and value in their story and gain the leadership skills to be impactful with their voice.

LeAnn was recognized as one of the honorees of Montana’s Top 20 under 40 business professionals in 2014, has her B.A. from George Fox University in Organizational Management and Behavior, and has been honored to serve as a civilian diplomate and fellow through SportsUnited and a YSEALI Fellowship program.

LeAnn has been a student of strengths-based leadership for over ten years and has been certified through the Gallup Institute as a Clifton Strengths Coach since 2016. In her spare time, she has been known to adventure outside all over the great state of Idaho, loves to kick a soccer ball around from time to time, doing a bit of trail running (aka hiking), Spartan or two, and traveling. Some highlights of travel include China, Laos, Vietnam, Philippines, and even Azerbaijan.
