Have you completed your 2020 Census?

Every ten years our country makes a count of every person living here. The information gathered by the Census determines how many seats in Congress our state gets, what kinds of federal dollars we receive and much more. Government and businesses alike use the information to make decisions about where to fund programs or where to locate a new store. These numbers determine how many school lunches are available to children and where new highways are built.

Answering your Census questionnaire is safe and secure:

The U.S. Census Bureau is bound by law to protect your answers and keep them strictly confidential. In fact, every employee takes an oath to protect your personal information for life.

Avoiding Census Scams – The Census Bureau will never ask for your Social Security Number, any bank or credit account numbers, money or donations. They will not contact you on behalf of a political party. If you have been contacted by someone claiming to be from the Census Bureau, you can contact them HERE.
