COVID-19 and LINC Services

All LINC services are available and will be supported via email, phone or video conferences when possible.

All of the physical offices of LINC are closed until further notice. Our daily operations will continue off site. During this time, LINC staff will be checking their emails and voicemails regularly, but you may experience a slight delay in response time. We encourage you to use email as much as possible during this time. Based on current guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and other public health experts it is likely our physical office will remain closed for several weeks. LINC staff are fully equipped for telework. Our daily operations will continue off site. We are actively engaged in COVID-19 mitigation efforts for people with disabilities and their families across Idaho.

During our time away from our physical office staff will regularly collect timesheets for processing, please place them in the drop box. Please call your local LINC office and leave a message for who you need to meet with. Staff will be checking their emails and voicemails regularly, but you may experience a slight delay in response time. We encourage you to use email as much as possible during this time.

Equipment Loan: If you have equipment to return, please indicate what you have to return and we will work with you to coordinate a drop off. If you need equipment, we will response to your request as quickly as we can.

If you have equipment for donation, please contact Lana Gonzales at lgonzales@lincidaho.org to coordinate that donation.

PAS: All PA Orientations in Boise, Caldwell and Twin Falls have been cancelled through the month of March. Home visits for employers have also been suspended through March 27th. PAS staff is still available and will be responding to all emails and phone calls as quickly as possible.

Our priority is to keep the public and our staff safe. We appreciate your cooperation as we all work to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.  Thank you for your understanding.
